Order a Site Audit Report

Our Site Audit Report, completed by our experienced Architectural Technicians, is a more in-depth analysis of your site, to better understand its suitability for development and possible options for your project.

This includes:

• Gaining an understanding of what sized house can fit on your site and the best position for the house.
• Understand your section limitations and considerations.
• Clarity on planning restrictions, drainage issues and easements.
• Understand what the next best step is to take to ensure your project’s success.

Included in your desk-top Site Audit Report:

• Visual indication of space available and suggested layout for a relocated house
• Review and report of your Council and District Plan rules and requirements
• Summary of potential Council fees for your project
• Rules regarding permission of relocated dwellings for your area
• Certificate of Title provided
• Site specific information for your land such as boundaries, setbacks, services, building platform, covenants, wind and earthquake zones and more
• Recommendations regarding specific reports and specialist services that we believe you will need to engage to ensure your project is a success.
• A 20-minute consultation with one of our Project Managers to answer any questions and talk through the recommendations and project opportunities.

Extra:

• If the site is found to be suitable, you also receive one free revision of your visual plan with one of our listings of interest (offer valid for 12 months from date of Site Audit Report completion).

A Site Audit Report will take up to 10 working days for delivery to you. It does not cater for contours or day-lighting requirements and these will require further investigation.

A Site Audit Report costs $899 (incl GST).

The purpose of a Feasibility Study is to give you a greater understanding of the costs you will face undertaking a project, be it a relocation, an on-site shift or a broader building project. This will in turn allow you to identify whether the project is a feasible financial investment.

There are two options here:

Order a Desktop Feasibility Study

By using price guidelines as provided by Local Councils and Suppliers as well as our own expertise, we can provide a Desktop Feasibility Study that calculates a rough cost based on the specifics for your project.

This is a useful tool if you are needing financial guidance for your bank or lender, or are new to the Relocation game and want a better overview of the types of costs you may encounter.

Please note this is an estimate only and for more accurate figures, a Due Diligence Feasibility Report can be conducted.

Order a Due Diligence Feasibility Study

This report gives you the most accurate cost estimates you can receive to ensure completion of your project within budget. Our team will use site visits, set plans and design layouts to find the actual costs for all services required. Additionally, they will look at the infrastructure and associated costs – such as trees, power poles etc that might need to be removed or handled.

Our House Fit Plan, completed by our experienced Architectural Designers, is a basic site plan that simply determines the size and dimension of the building that will work on your site.

This service is for clients that:

• Have engaged a surveyor and have completed a topographical survey,
• Have a specific house in mind for their site or,
• Want to determine the size and layout of what will work.

What does the House Fit Plan include?

• A basic site plan showing proposed house and layout.
• An email summary of what house dimension will work.
• A 20 minute consultation with our Operations team to discuss the outcome and next steps.

What will you need to provide?

• Topographical Survey from a surveyor
• Floor plan of existing house (all houses listed on our website have a floorplan available for downloading)

PLEASE NOTE: The House Fit Plan assumes the following:

• A house relocation is possible from an access perspective onto your site.
• You have completed a topographical survey or are comfortable with land development and provision for services.
• You have completed due diligence for your site and have concluded that there are no covenants preventing relocation, including provision for tree, fence and other building removal, and neighbour’s permissions.
• Please note a House Fit Plan does not cater for contours or day-lighting requirements and these will require further investigation.

Once ordered, and all relevant information is received by our team, the House Fit Plan will take up to 3 working days to complete.
