A Rural Haven in the Making

This fantastic transformation is testament to how a little vision can get you the house of your dreams!  This 1960’s house had a open and airy layout but was tired and in need of a modern touch. Our buyer had the vision needed to give it a new lease on life.  Relocating it to a grassy rural site, and fully redecorating inside and out – it is a stunning example of just how much life is left in pre-loved homes!

Waihi Beach Family Bach

About the project:

This house needed some TLC and luckily the new owners saw potential in its layout and structure. Relocated to a beautiful spot in Waihi Beach it was renovated thoroughly inside and out, with design that complemented its age – allowing in lots of light and warmth. The original weatherboard was beautifully retained, and complemented with a partial & complimentary re-clad. Smart new joinery in the living areas has really turned this pre-loved house into a wonderful and much loved family bach.

Mount Maunganui Beach Bach to Country Retreat!

About the project:

Perched in suburban Mount Maunganui, this brick clad home had solid bones and was ready for a new lease on life. Relocated to a rural, elevated site, it was modernised inside and out including a wrap around deck to allow the new owners to fully appreciate its beautiful new home and landscape.

Stylish, Simple Whangamata Development

About the project:

Older pre-loved homes often have beautiful features such as native timber floors, that you do not see so much in new builds nowadays. This house had been well maintained, allowing the new owners to bring these floors back to life in its new location in Whangamata – a beautiful accent to a fresh new interior and a clear contrast to the dark exterior colours chosen to refresh the external cladding. This is a stunning example of how great colour choices can make immediate effects.
