Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions. This competition may have additional terms and conditions and wherever possible the additional terms and conditions will be posted at trhco.co.nz

The Promoter of this offer is BRC Trustee Ltd as Trustees of the BRC Property Trust trading as The Relocatable Home Co. (TRHCo.) (Promoter).

The offer commences on 01/04/2022 and runs until 11.59 PM on 30/04/2022 (Offer Period).

To be eligible to receive the offer, the client must sign and return a TRHCo. issued Sale and Purchase Agreement or Exclusive Listing Agreement (ELA) within the offer period.
Should a client return multiple agreements (for multiple houses) they shall be eligible to receive this offer for each agreement returned signed and house listed.
In order to be eligible to receive the offer, the house must remain available for sale until it has either been:
1. Sold (and an unconditional Sales and Purchase agreement has been fully executed for the house)
2. The listing period in the ELA terminates or the Sale and Purchase contract period ends.

Those clients eligible to receive the offer will be contacted once eligibility is confirmed pursuant to clause 7 above, either once the listed house has sold, or at the conclusion of the listing or contract period to confirm that they are now eligible to receive the offer, and to confirm an appropriate address to have the offer sent to.
is not responsible if a client cannot be contacted to confirm eligibility or the prize for any reason but including due to incorrect or out of date contact details being provided, and any such client who is unable to be contacted will forfeit their offer under these Terms and Conditions.

reserves the right to verify the identity of any client (including a client’s identity, age, city/town of residence) and to verify the validity of eligibility and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the offer where false or misleading details have been given by a client, or a client has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, TRHCo. and their respective employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this offer or with receiving, redeeming or benefiting from the offer.

In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the offer including eligibility the decision of TRHCo. will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by TRHCo. will be entered into.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the offer and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
TRHCO shall not be responsible or liable for any faults or issues pertaining to the Prezzy Cards function, use or service.

All entries remain the property of TRHCo. All personal information will be collected and stored by TRHCo. in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020. Entrants’ personal information may be used to conduct this competition and for future promotional and publicity purposes in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their information as described above.
