Asbestos Testing
We know Asbestos is a big scary word. It needs to be talked about when it comes to house removal. It is best if you already have your asbestos testing done (you need this even if you end-up demolishing). Before we arrive you can tell us the areas containing asbestos when we go on-site. This makes the complete process faster and easier for you. If you don’t get it checked first, we will let you know if we suspect asbestos and how to go about getting it removed safely.

Floor plans
If you already have some floor plans done and ready, please let us know. Floor plans will be made available on our website to help potential buyers imagine themselves in your relocatable house and give them an idea on space and layout.

Easy access to power board and underneath floor boards
On the day of your house evaluation we need to see your power switch board and the Sales Consultant needs to see under your house. Please make sure there is easy access to both.

Get your house photo ready
Please refer to “10 ways you can make your house look irresistible to buyers”. At your house evaluation we will take photos for all marketing purposes. Let’s take some smashing photos to sell your relocatable house as soon as possible.
